5. Order Confirmation & Processing

5.1 Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This does not indicate our acceptance of your order.

5.2 We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

6. Delivery Policy

6.1 Delivery is handled as per our Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6.2 Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or external factors.

6.3 Risk passes to the customer upon delivery to the provided address.

7. Returns & Refunds

7.1 Returns are accepted in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and our Returns Policy.

7.2 Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange (excluding shipping fees).

7.3 No refunds will be issued for:

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Software, licenses, or downloads

  • Opened items not found to be faulty

7.4 Refunds will be processed via the original payment method, within 7–14 business days after approval.

8. Warranty & Repairs

8.1 Products may carry a manufacturer’s warranty, the terms of which vary by product and brand.

8.2 Warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase. We will facilitate the claim with the manufacturer or direct you to an authorized service center.

8.3 The warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage

  • Power surges

  • User negligence

9.2 You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
