Inspection and Return Policy
Customers are entitled to a 7-day inspection period starting from the date of delivery. During this time, you may thoroughly test and evaluate the product’s functionality.
If you are not satisfied with the unit, you may choose to:

Return it for a full refund, or

Exchange it for another demo unit of the same specification and similar value (subject to availability)
To initiate a return or exchange, you must notify us within the 7 working day inspection period.

Warranty Coverage: All Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) and unboxed products are covered by either the full or remaining manufacturer’s warranty.
