How do I receive my order?
Orders can be shipped to your address or collected in person, in accordance with our Delivery Policy outlined below.
Orders confirmed and paid before 10:00 AM will be ready for shipping or collection the same day after 14:00. Estimated delivery time is between 1 to 4 working days, depending on your location.
1. Introduction
1.1 This Delivery Policy (“Policy”) applies exclusively to products purchased on Infoplaynet.co.za.
1.2 It ensures that all purchases are delivered accurately, securely, and in line with customer expectations.
1.3 This Policy forms part of the agreement between Infoplaynet.co.za and its customers and should be read alongside our Terms and Conditions.
2. Delivery Procedure
2.1 Once an order is confirmed, no changes to the delivery address or method will be accepted unless explicitly approved by us.
2.2 A tracking code will be sent to the customer upon payment confirmation.
2.3 Deliveries occur on weekdays (Monday to Friday), between 09:00 and 17:00.
2.4 It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the address provided.
2.5 If no one is available at the time of delivery, a second attempt will be made. If unsuccessful, a new delivery arrangement will be required at an additional cost.
2.6 The person receiving the order must sign a delivery note or allow a delivery scan/photo as proof of receipt.
2.7 Before signing, the recipient must check that the order is correct and undamaged.
2.8 Once signed, the delivery is considered complete. Claims for missing or damaged items after that point will not be accepted.
3. Delivery Areas
3.1 We deliver throughout South Africa and to neighboring countries.
3.2 Due to the nature of electronic products, shipments outside South Africa, as well as items not available at our Namibia branch, may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, and potential delays.
Certain products, including printers, toners, and batteries, may require additional clearance procedures. All customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer
3.3 A valid physical address and contact details must be provided during checkout. Orders will only be delivered to the address provided.
4. Delivery Fees
4.1 Delivery fees are automatically calculated at checkout, based on the delivery address and order size.
4.2 Orders valued at R1,000 or more qualify for free standard shipping (within South Africa).
4.3 Heavy or bulky items may incur an additions surcharge, even on free shipping orders.
5. Delivery Methods
5.1 Deliveries are made via reputable third-party courier services selected by Infoplaynet.co.za.
6. Estimated Delivery Times
6.1 Under normal circumstances, and excluding external delays:
Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 09:00 in the Johannesburg area.
Orders outside Gauteng but within South Africa are delivered within 1 to 3 working days.
Deliveries to neighboring countries may take 3 to 5 working days.
7. Order Collection
7.1 Customers may opt to collect their orders in person at no additional cost.
7.2 This option must be selected during checkout.

Orders will be held for 7 days after confirmation. Uncollected orders may be cancelled or rescheduled.
8. Disclaimer
8.1 We strive to ensure all product, pricing, and delivery information is accurate. In the event of any unintentional errors (not caused by us), we are not obligated to fulfill the order but will refund any amount already paid.
8.2 We are not liable for any delays or losses arising from delays in delivery, including those due to external factors beyond our control.
