1. Eligibility for Refund or Return
1.1 Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged:
Notify our customer support team within 7 calendar days of receiving the item.
Provide clear photographic evidence of the defect or damage.
We will assess the claim and, if validated, provide instructions for the return.
A replacement, repair, or full refund will be offered, depending on product availability and your preference.
1.2 Incorrect Product Received
If you receive a product different from what you ordered:
Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item.
We will arrange for the return and shipment of the correct item at no additional cost.
A refund may be issued upon return if a replacement is not available.
1.3 Change of Mind (Opened Items)
If you change your mind after purchasing and opening the item:
Returns are accepted within 5 working days from the date of purchase.
A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Product must be returned in original condition, with all accessories and documentation included.

2.2 Step 2: Return Authorization
If your request is approved, our team will issue a Return Authorization (RA) and provide instructions on how and where to return the product.
2.3 Step 3: Return the Item
Items must be returned in original packaging with all components and documentation.
INFOPLAYNET will cover return shipping costs within South Africa.
Customers outside South Africa or using other carriers bear the risk and cost of return shipping.
We are not responsible for goods damaged or lost before they reach our return facility.
2.4 Step 4: Refund Issuance
Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Ineligible returns or items received in poor condition may be subject to partial refunds or rejection.
3. Processing Time
Refund processing typically takes 3 to 5 working days from the date of return approval. However, actual timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
